4. Current activities of charity or organisation

Please only complete this section if you are applying as an organisation or a charity.

(a) What is your charity/organisation set up to do? Include a brief overview of the services your charity/organisation offers.(Required)

It would be helpful to include brief details of approximately how many people your charity/organisation supports, the geographical area(s) in which it operates and any particular sectors of the community who are involved. 7. Project Details

(a) Please provide a brief project description including details of the purpose of the project, why the project is needed and what the project aims to do or is seeking to achieve. (Maximum 300 words).(Required)

10. Experience of financial management

11. Reporting to the McClay Foundation and safeguarding matters
